Football Time

We had such a busy fall this year with other commitments and Greg's travel schedule that we only made a few TCU games this year.  The first couple were literally sweltering in the heat, and we had a multitude of morning games.  Sadly we had an off season this year, but everyone still had a great time when we were there!

Playing bean bags at the tailgate is serious business for all the kids!

Wally the Wildcat joined us at a game!

Fall Fun

The trees in our neighbors front yard lost their leaves a few weeks before all the others did, which made for lots of fun before the weather turned too chilly.  They both spend quite a while carrying piles of leaves from their yard over to ours!  Then the fun began...over and over and over :-)

Happy Halloween!

While it may have been 6 weeks ago, although it seems like much longer, we had a great Halloween.  Everyone chose their own costume without issue and had a blast trick or treating with Lorelei in our neighborhood.  Hayden was a little sad that in kindergarten you don't have a fall party though!

6U Gators Baseball

We had our second season on the Gators baseball team!  It was the short fall season, which was good since most of the kids had just started school and were pretty worn out during the week.  He had a great time, as always, doing his favorite thing!

Best part of the season when you're 6!

Jungle Jog and Wally!!

Hayden's school had their yearly fundraiser...a fun run during the school day!  Each grade level ran for 45 minutes throughout the day and raised money.  It ended up being a randomly hot October day, so the kids were pretty worn out when they were done but they did a great job!  Hayden's class raised the most money out of his while school, so that was pretty exciting.

At the starting line!
He ran about 85% of the 45 minutes!!
Getting his wristband marked...completed 39 laps...14 more than were 'encouraged'!
Hot but excited to have completed the run!
Soon after this, Hayden was the student of the week, which concluded with bringing Wally the Wildcat home for the weekend!

All About Hayden

Pumpkin Palooza

We made our regular treks to the pumpkin patch this year...2 whole times!  We did a trip with all the family, and a trip with friends for a party.  The kids had a great time as usual running around, picking pumpkins, eating snacks, and jumping in bounce houses of course.  The weather was perfect for fall!
