Field Day!!

Hayden's school had Field Day again this year.  They just have a couple classes at a time doing some of the extra fun fitness activities they do each week in Kid Fit!  Everyone had fun, as expected!!

Hayden's First School Program!!

Hayden's school has an art and science night as their open house in the spring.  They save up all their artwork and have everything all decorated.  The theme for Hayden's class was 'Under the Sea', so they put on a performance of some songs they had been practicing.  Other than his nervous cough, it was a cute job well done!

They did a reenactment of 'The Rainbow Fish' at the end.

Parker: 15 Months!!

We are now old enough that we just do the milestones when we go to the doctor for well checks!  Another three months have flown by, mainly to do with moving and settling into the new house.  Parker is quite the funny boy, and he thinks he is hilarious.  He laughs at himself all the time!  He started Gymboree class and LOVES to play outside...goes to get his shoes if you mention it!

Stats: 24 lbs. (60%) 32 in. (80%)

A few things from the past three moths:
- Now he loves to eat, especially meat but no bread type products still
- crawled the stairs right after his birthday
- 7 more teeth, so up to 13
- points and closes his eyes on purpose, which he finds hilarious
- stacks anything from the stacking cups to shoes
- sleeps pretty well, still 2 naps
- lots of cruising and pushing toys, but not walking

Happy Easter

Well, it was a rainy Easter this year.  The day before was nice but no outside egg hunts this year!   We decorated cookies and dyed our eggs the day before.  Hayden started off the morning with a scavenger hunt to find his Easter basket.  After church, we came home for a rest and then went to Mimi and Grandpa's house for dinner with family and good friends!

Ready, Set, Go...Egg Hunt Time

We stayed in town this year for the first time, so we were able to attend my mom's group annual egg hunt.  We didn't make it to any others but this one worked out well.  Even without walking, Parker picked up on it really fast and filled his basket!  Hayden of course had it down.
