Snow, Snow, and More Snow

UPDATE: Now at 8:30 at night we are almost to 8 inches, and it's still snowing! After a nap, we played outside for a long time with many of the neighbors.

Well, our much colder than normal Texas winter continues with A LOT more snow! It started in the middle of the night and is not supposed to let up until tonight. We're up to several inches so far. Hayden enjoyed the snow this time, which was exciting! He even let me put on his mittens.

Snowman making is not a specialty of mine...he has sadly fallen over already due to the weight of the snow that fell on him after we were done.

I convinced Hayden that the snow was just like sand, so he was all about that.

This was from about 10:30 this morning, so you can see how deep it was then!

I wanted to get something to document how much it was snowing! It's not super clear...I think there was some snow on the lens.

The Big 3-0

Well, I am posting this a little late, a week to be exact, but that's just how it goes sometimes! I turned 30 on the 31st of last month, and all is the same as before. So far, it really means nothing but we'll see! I had a great weekend with my parents and all of my friends. I told Greg that instead of a gift, I wanted a lunch with all of my closest friends. It made for a great get away for all of us with little ones!
